Downs (38 - NC) and his wife Lillie Downs (37 - NC). Blannie indicates she was living in Suffolk, VA on April 1, 1935 while Lillie and Roscoe were in their same home in Hamilton at that time.
Note: www.findagrave.com reports that Lillie is the wife of Roscoe Elliot Downs and the daughter of William Henry Gray and Mattie Azella Roebuck.
