ETHEL F. OXLEY, age 86, of 126 N. 13th St., Harrisburg, on Tues., May 17, 1994. She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral. She is survived by 2 sons, J. Leonard Oxley, of Teaneck, N.J., and Eric C. Oxley, of Phila., a daughter, Laura H. Lewis, of Neptune, N.J., 6 grandchildren, one great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
