The 1850 Federal Census Lancaster City, Pa. (NW Ward, page 271) records Benjamin (32) and Maria (27) Reinhoald (sic) with children Henry (11), Anna (8), and Mary (5). Benjamin is a Lumber Merchant. Also in the household is Elizabeth Reinhoald (20). They are living next door to Maria's parents, Joseph and Susanah Shirk.

The 1860 Federal Census Lancaster City, Pa. (NW Ward, page 479) records Benj. (43) and Maria (30) [age error] Reinhold with children Henry S. (19), Anna S. (18), and Mary (15). Benjamin is a Saw Miller with has real estate valued at $2,500 and personal property at $1,000. Also in the household is Anna Kelly (23), Domestic.

The 1870 Federal Census Lancaster City, Pa. (Ward 5, page 280A) records the widow Mary B. Reinhold (49) with children Henry S. (30 - Clerk) and Mary G. (25). Next door is Maria's sister Saloma (sic) Pearson (47) living with her daughter Mary A. Eberly (27) and her husband A. J. Eberly (30 - Atty at Law) and children William J. (3) amd Emma C. (5) Eberly. Maria has personal property valued at $6,500, while Adam Eberly has real estate valued at $4,000 and personal property at $1,500. Salome has personal property valued at $1,500.
