  General Notes:

According to the Shirk Family History written by Henry Yocom Shirk in 1914: "David Shirk, next in line of birth to Ulrich (II) and Anna (Swar) Shirk, was born 1753, and married Barbara Erb. They moved south, where all traces of their descendants are lost in obscurity."
Later research indicates that David and Anna moved to York Co., PA and raised their family.
