The 1930 Federal Census for Westminster, Carroll, Maryland, District 14, page 198B, dated April 15, 1930 records David F. (50) and Emma Grace (44) Myers with their son Stewart W. Myers (12).

The WWII Draft Registration Card (for men born on or after April 28, 1877 and on or before February 16, 1897) for David Franklin Myers dated April 27, 1942 lists his date of birth as August 9, 1878 in Carroll Co., Maryland. He is living with his son, Stewart Myers, at 184 Pennsylvania Ave. in Westminster. He is unemployed and his physical description lists black eyes, black hair and dark complexion. This second page attached, to the first image, also lists his race as negro so the physical description is most likely an incorrect attachment.
