(16), Aubry (13), Bertha (10), Monica (7), Ethlin (5), and Francis (1 7/12) with daughter-in-law Eva (17) and grandson Howard (9/12). WWI Draft Registration Cards record James Hileman Link, born August 1, 1897, with wife Eva.

The 1930 Federal Census for Lexington, Rockbridge Co., VA, District 9 records Clarence H. (72-VA/VA/VA) and Ada (61-VA/VA/VA) Cremer (indexed as Clarence H. Cromes at ancestry.com) with children Latney (24), Ray (22), and Theodore (18). Also in the household is the widowed daughter, Eva Link (28), and her children Howard (10), Margaret (8), and Garwood (5). Note: The geographic origins for Clarence are obviously in error and Eva's children's names are difficult to read.
