The 1900 Federal Census for Lancaster City, PA, (ED#52, page 28B) records Elsie E. Reilly (Jan 1871) living with her parents, Adam (Jan 1840) and Mary E. (Nov 1843) Eberly at 314 West Chestnut Street in Lancaster. Also in the household is Salome Pearson (Nov 1824), Elsie's grandmother. Elsie is reported as "single".

The 1910 Federal Census for Lancaster City, PA, (ED#70, page 163B) records the widow Elsie Reily living with her mother on West Chestnut Street in Lancaster. She is listed as having had one child but none are presently living.

The 1920 Federal Census for Lancaster City, PA, Ward 9, (ED#84, page 77A) records Henry [Harry] M. (43) and Elsie E. (45) Musser living at 844 College Ave. Henry is a Manufacturer of Umbrella Handles. This is our happy couple in that Henry's parents are from PA and NJ as is indicated in Biographical Annals of Lancaster County Pennsylvania. Spartonburg, SC: Reprint Publishers, 1985. The 1930 Federal Census for Lancaster City, PA, (ED#75, page 77A) records the widow Elsie E. Musser (59) living at 1009 Buchanan Street. Elsie has real estate valued at $40,000.

In some family history notes from Mary Elizabeth Hagen Blair, Elsie is described as a "socialite, married to a man named Musser - he owned a umbrella factory.
