bullet  General Notes:

See general notes on her mother for 1910 census facts.

The 1920 Federal Census for Harrisburg Ward 6, Dauphin Co., Pennsylvania, ED# 160, page 79B, dated January 14, 1920 records Lillian [Dice] (18) and Philip R. (22) Anderson living with Philip's parents Charles H. (43 - PA/Ohio/PA) and Maude (46 - PA/PA/PA) Anderson and Philips' brothers James H. Anderson (23) and Blake E. Anderson (19) at 1370 Fulton Street. Charles is employed as an Engineer on a Locomotive while James is a Brakeman for the Steam Railroad, Philip and Blake are Car Repairmen for the Steam Railroad.

The 1940 Federal Census for Fredericksburg, Bethel Township, Lebanon Co., Pennsylvania, District 38-3, page 46A, dated April 4, 1940 records a divorced Lillie Russinger (31 - PA) with her children George (11 - PA), William (9 - PA), and Dean (5 - PA) renting a place on Center Street. Lillie is working as a Sleever at a Shirt Factory. The family was living at the same house on April 1, 1935.
Note: The surname is indexed as Russinger; however, it appears to be more like Brissinger. Her brother's 1944 obituary names a sister, Mrs. George Bissinger, as a survivor ... see research notes on John Harvey Dice.
