The 1920 U.S. Census, Virginia, Lunenburg Co., Browns Store (ED# 35, page ) records Samuel and Nannie Cushwa living with their daughter Annie M. Ripberger (35) and her family (husband Carl - 43). Samuel and Nannie continue to live with the family through 1930.
Samuel married Nannie about 1882 in Maryland. (Nannie was born about 1861 in Maryland and died after 1930 in Lunenburg.)
