William is listed as a Carpenter. Julia has real estate valued at $3,000 and a personal estate valued at $500.

By 1870 William has married Julia A. Zischler: The 1870 Federal Census for Springfield, Clark Co., Ohio, page 278B, dated July 24, 1870 records William Goudy (54 - PA) living in the home of Julia A. Goudy (45 - Bavaria). William is a Retail Grocer. Also in the home are Julia's children Francis Goudy (20 - Ohio), Clara Goudy (18 - Ohio), Alice Goudy (16 - Ohio), Annie Goudy (15 - Ohio), Emma Goudy (7 - Ohio), and Carrie Goudy (5 - Ohio). William married Julia A. Zischler circa 1862 in Clark Co., Ohio. (Julia A. Zischler was born circa 1825 in Germany and died circa 1875 in Clark Co., Ohio.)
