The 1860 census for Accomack Co. records two Rebecca Hills (65 - VA & 15 - VA) living at the home of A. L. J. Morand, M.D. (25 - born in France). One page over in the census records is Timothy Hill (38) and family, so apparently Timothy, Sr. has died and Rebecca and her last child are living with another family.
The 1850 Federal Census for Accomack Parish, Accomack Co., Va. (page 8B) records Timothy Hill Jr. (24 - VA) and wife Zipporah (19 - VA) with children John (3), Wealthy A. (1) and Mary J. (6-months?). Next door is Timothy Hill Sr. (60 - born in New York) with wife Rebecca (45 - VA) and children Joseph (16), Amy (14), Jane (10), and Rebecca (4). Both Timothys list their occupations as Sailor.
Timothy Hill (age 50-60) is recorded in the 1840 Federal Census for Accomack Co., Va. He has a wife (30-40) and 5 daughters and 2 sons. The county also records a John Hill, Jr. of similar age.
Timothy Hill (age 40-50) is also recorded in the 1830 Federal Census for Accomack Co., Va.
