Susan married Thomas Cummings, son of George Cummings and Elizabeth, circa 1855 in Pennsylvania. (Thomas Cummings was born circa 1827 in Pennsylvania, died on 1 Jul 1887 in Lancaster City, Lancaster Co., PA. and was buried in Lancaster Cemetery, Lancaster City, PA Lot: 1330.)
