(Aug 1846 - WV/WV/.WV) Mann with children Frank F. (Nov 1872), Charles H. (Dec 1877), Christopher (May 1885). Andy and Pollie have been married for 32 years and have had 8 children of whom 6 are still living. Andy is a Farmer. Next door is Andy's son,Walter H. Mann (July 1875), with his wife Maud M. (Feb 1881 - WV/WV/WV) and their daughter Mabel E, (Jan 1900). Living with Walter is his brother-in-law Daniel R. Dillion (Dec 1874).

The 1910 Federal Census for Otter Creek, La Salle Co., Illinois, District 132 records Charles H. (32 - WV/WV/WV) and Maud M. (26 - Indiana/Indiana/Indiana) Mann with an adopted son, Eddward (sic) G. Mann (4 - Chicago/Indiana/Children's home) living on Main Street. Charles and Maud have been married for 5 years and have had 2 children neither of whom are still living. Charles is a Lineman for the American Telephone Co.

The WWI Draft Registration records on Sept 12, 1918 Charles Haze Mann born Dec 13, 1877. He is married and living in Montgomery, Fayette Co., WV and works as a Section Lineman for Atlantic Telephone and Telegraph Co. His physical description is short in height, medium build with blue eyes and gray hair.

The 1920 Federal Census for Gauley Bridge, Fayette Co., WV, District 10, page 266A records C. H. (42 - WV/WV/WV) and Maud M. (36 - Indiana/Indiana/Indiana) Mann with children Edward G. (13 - Illinois), Arthur M. (9 - Illinois) (indexed as Antrar Mann at ancestry.com), Robert L. (7 - Indiana), Roy N. (6 - Indiana), and Blanch J. (4 1/12 - Indiana). Charles' employment is difficult to read but looks like "Lineman". Also in the rented house/apartment are the following: Dav ??? Hano? (29), Virginia? Hano (25), Catherine Hano (8), Magdalene Hano (6), and Arlison Hano (7/12). [the names are very hard to read]

The 1930 Federal Census for Fredericksburg, Virginia, District 1, page 8B records Charles H. (52 - WV/WV/WV) and Maud M. (46 - Indiana/Indiana/Indiana) Mann with children Arthur N. (Illinois), Roy N. (16 - Indiana), Blanch R. (14 - Indiana), and Mary W. (8 - WV) living at 1800 Canty Street. Charles and Maud have been married 25 years. Charles is a Janitor at a Plant.

The 1940 Federal Census for Fredericksburg, Virginia, District 107-3, page 8B records Charles (62 - WV) and Maud (54 - Indiana) Mann with daughter Mary (18 - WV) living at 1724 Washington Avenue. They own their home valued at $1,500. Charles has completed 0 years of schooling and is a Caretaker at the Power Company earning $2,080 working 52 weeks during the last year. Maude has completed 5 years of schooling.

Charles married Maud M. Parker on 14 Jun 1905 in Pulaski Co., Indiana. (Maud M. Parker was born on 18 Sep 1883 in Indiana, died on 10 Dec 1957 in Fredericksburg, Virginia and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg, VA.)
