The WWI Draft Registration Card for Harry Dulany Hall dated Sept 12, 1918 lists his date of birth as May 30, 1882. The 1930 Federal Census for Wicomico, Northumberland Co., Virginia, District 7, page 286 records Harry Hall (47), his wife, Gertrude (43), and children Elnor C. (12 - indexed as Elizabeth), Winifred L. (16 - indexed as Manfred), and Richard D. (11) living next to his brother Snowden C. Hall (59) and his wife Ada (55).

The WWII Draft Registration Card (for men born on or after April 28, 1877 and on or before February 16, 1897) for Richard Dulany Hall (sic) dated April 27, 1942 lists his date of birth as May 30, 1882 in Northumberland Co., VA. He is living with his wife, Gertrude Hall, at Lynhams in Northumberland Co., VA. He signs this document as H. D. Hall. His physical description is 5' 8", 156 lbs with hazel eyes, brown hair and ruddy complexion.
