The 1900 Federal Census for Lancaster City, Ward 2, Pennsylvania, ED#46, page 286A taken June 2, 1900 records Frank Kirchner (May 1876 - PA/Germany/Germany) living with his widowed father Gregory Kirchner (March 1835 - Germany/Germany/Germany) and siblings Margaret (Sept 1863 - PA/Germany/Germany), Christ (Dec 1865 - PA/Germany/Germany), Elizabeth (Oct 1874 - PA/Germany/Germany), Barbara (Dec 1878 - PA/Germany/Germany), and Charles (April 1883 - PA/Germany/Germany) at 531 E. Marrion Street. Frank is a Puddler at a Rolling Mill. Other family members are employed as follows: Gregory (Laboer at the Rolling Mill), Christ (Ornamental Iron Worker), Elizabeth (Cork Worker Sorter), Barbara (Dress Maker), Charles (Heater at the Rolling Mill). Gregory immigrated in 1849 and indicates he was married for 22 years [1861 to 1883?].

The 1910 Federal Census for Lancaster City, Ward 2, Pennsylvania, ED#64, page 79B taken April 25, 1910 records Francis J. (33 - PA/Germany/Germany) and Katherine (36 - NY/Germany/Germany) Kirchner with children Katherine (5 - PA), Paul (3 - PA/), and Francis (1 - PA) living at 521 East Marion Street. Francis is working as a Cove Maker for a Molder and he has been married to Katherine for 7 years.
