Both Thomas and Stephen are farmers with Thomas having real estate valued at $1,000 and a personal estate valued at $210. Stephen has real estate valued at $1,000 and a personal estate valued at $100. Next door is James R. Pearce (46 - VA) with his son Micajah Pearce (12 - VA). James is a farmer with real estate valued at $400 and a personal estate valued at $262.
