(33) Hatfield and their children, Alter (1) and Virginia (0). A few doors down is son Earnest A. Councle (32) [Council] and his wife Lizzie (24). Recorded in the 1920 Census for Southampton Co., the widow Virginia Council (72) continues to live with that family on Black Water Road ... see general notes on Bertha Council.
