The text, from VA Soldiers of 1776, Vol. 1, is about a land grand issued in Nansemond Co VA to heirs of Abraham Cole, Captain in Continental line for three years. Warrant issued for 4000 Acres on 27, June 1833 to following heirs:
Esther Mahan, Charlotte Jones, Christian Dukes, Dempsey Byrd, Benton Byrd, Abram Byrd, Herman Savage, Margaret Harrell, and Esther Harrell, born 1801; believe this is daughter; of Levi Harrell and widow Sarah Cole; who in 1816 and 1817; was found to be having an affair with married man in Pulaski Co GA. If this person wasn't then think it was her step mom, Miss Esther White, second spouse of Levi Harrell.

The dates of this action was 25 May 1833 based on actions where Governor (of VA, later text says this was Wyndham Robertson, Gov. (Acxting), allowed land bounty to his heirs.

Esther Mahan -- Charlotte Jones -- Cristian Dukes -- Dempsey Byrd -- Benton Byrd -- Abram Bryd -- Herman Savage -- Margaret Harrell -- Esther Harrell.
This is based on evidence presented by Henry Rawls and Jonathan McClenney by oath and certified John Kilby, Clerk, Nansemond Co 15 June 1833.
Text goes on to give other names lawyers and witness to events related to this.
Warrant 7363 for 4000 Acres issued 27 June 1833.
Working on more info around this as the Harrell line is my line.... Know, I think, who Esther Harrell is but not clear link to this Cole, yet.

Dempsey married Margaret "Peggy" Savage, daughter of Thomas Savage and Christian Cole, circa 1831 in Nansemond Co., VA. (Margaret "Peggy" Savage was born in 1803 in Nansemond Co., VA and died after 1870 in Nansemond Co., VA.)
