The 1900 Federal Census for Holy Neck, Nansemond Co., Va. District 27, page 135A, dated June 15, 1900 records John (Dec 1861) and Betty (Jan 1860) Cutchins with children Jack A. (July 1889), Raymond J. (April 1893), Berta (May 1896), Clarence (May 1899), and Joel H. (May 1899). John and Betty have been married for 14 years and have had 6 children of whom 5 are still living.
