A picture of the headstone is from www.findagrave.com. It is hard to read but appears to be inscribed:

LEONIDAS E. YOUNG
BORN IN DINWIDDIE CO., VA
APRIL 14, 1859
DIED MAY 4, 1888
... remainder of the inscription is illegible
Note: "Brad" (creator of the memorial) indicates that the year of death is 1903; however, it looks more like 1888 to this researcher. The 1900 census [see general notes on Fannie Grigg Young] reports Leonidas' wife, Fannie, as a widow, therefore 1888 will be used here as the year of death for Leonidas.

  Research Notes:

The 1880 Federal Census for Rowhanty Magisterial District, Dinwiddie Co., Virginia, District 85, page 202B, dated June 1, 1880 records Joseph W. (57 - VA) and Indianna (50 - VA) Grigg with children Virginia P. (25), Wesley T. (20), and Berryman (16). Joe is a School Teacher. Two doors down is Leondas Young (21) and his wife of 1 year, Fannie B. Young (18).

Apparently sometime in the 1880s Leonidas and family moved toward Greensboro, NC with a stop in Lynchburg, VA where his son William L. Young was born in 1887. Leonidas dies sometime after that date and is buried in Greensboro, NC. See general notes herein.

The 1920 Petersburg [VA] City Directory records:
Fannie B. Young wid L E, h 462 Byrne ... thus Leonidas is indeed Fannie's husband ... and by the 1860 census his full name includes Edwin.
also in the 1920 directory is Ernest T. Burton mchst [machinist] h 462 Byrne [Ernest T. Burton is the husband of Fannie's daughter, Indiana Young]

Fannie B. Young wid L E, h 462 Byrne
also in the 1921 directory is Ernest T. Burton mchst [machinist] h 462 Byrne

The 1922 Petersburg [VA] City Directory records:
Fannie B. Young is no longer listed; however, her son-in-law has moved: Ernest T. Burton mchst [machinist] h 202 Liberty

Fannie is no longer listed and then in 1929 Ernest appears to have remarried:

Ernest T. Burton (Fannie L) mchst [machinist] h 238 Harrison

Leonidas married Fannie B. Grigg, daughter of Joseph W. Grigg and Indiana F. Tucker. (Fannie B. Grigg was born on 10 Jun 1862 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia, died on 10 Jun 1930 in Atlanta, Fulton Co, GA and was buried in Green Hill Cemetery, Greensboro, Guilford Co., N.C..)
