Abrm Hendrick's children are listed as Wm J. Hendrick (14 - PA), Hannah J. Hendrick (11 - PA), and Emma Hendrick (8 - PA). Another individual listed in the household is Ann Porter (39 - PA). Abrm is employed as a Butcher.

Mary is a Dress Maker while John is a Clerk in a Cigar Store. Mary has had 4 children all of whom are still living. [William Jamison, John Jamison, Charles Helms, & Emma Helms] Also in the household is a boarder, John Piercey (April 1857 - England/England/England). He is a Bricklayer and he immigrated in 1887.

The 1910 Federal Census for Philadelphia, PA, 24th Ward, District 514, page 42A, dated April 19, 1910 records the widow Mary R. Helms (63 - PA/PA/PA) living at 4034 Haverford Avenue. Mary is a Keeper of a Boarding House. Mary has had 4 children 3 of whom are still living. [Mary's son, Charles Abraham Helms, died in 1903] Also in the household are boarders: John Piercey (48 - England/England/England), Albert (44 - England/England/England) & Ethel (16 - PA/England/England) Edge, John E. (22 - Maryland/Maryland/Maryland) & Julia E. (21 - Maryland/Maryland/Maryland) Parks, and Thomas F. Bramen (34 - PA/Ireland.Ireland). Interesting that Mary indicates a W2 [twice a widow] status for marriage description in that Archibald Jamison is still living ... see general notes on her son, William H. Note: The address 4034 Haverford Avenue where Mary is "keeping" a boarding house is just a few doors down from her daughter's home at 4024 Haverford Avenue ... checking the 1920 census reveals that Mary's 4034 Haverford Avenue home is no longer in her possession ... it is now a boarding house belonging to William and Isabelle Mebele.

Mary married Charles A. Helms. (Charles A. Helms was born circa 1849 in Pennsylvania, died on 4 Feb 1875 in Philadalphia, PA and was buried on 7 Feb 1875 in Blockley Baptist Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.) The cause of his death was Consumption.

Mary next married Archibald Jamison. (Archibald Jamison was born in Oct 1835 in Pennsylvania, died on 12 Sep 1925 in Philadelphia, PA and was buried in Upper Darby, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.)
