(28 - WV/WV/WV) and Mae E. (29 - PA/PAPA) Lambert living in an apartment building at 1144 Tennessee Street. John is an Electrical Engineer for the Utility Company while Mae is a Music Supervisor for the Public Schools. John and Mae report being married for 4 years.
However ... the 1930 census record below is more likely to be "our" Mae and John Lambert:
The 1930 Fedeal Census forAtlantic City, Atlantic Co., New Jersey, District 9, page 225A, dated April 4, 1930 records John (27 - Washington D. C./NY/NY) and Mae (28 - PA/PA/PA) Lambert renting at 620 Adriatic Avenue for $57 / month. John is a Manager at a Clothing Store. John and Mae have been married for 6 years.


It is not known what happened to her husband, John Lambert; however, Mae Ella Schneider is listed on a headstone in the cemetery where her parents are buried ... see picture attached to her mother, Ella Mae Rannels. Also, by 1940 Mae is living with her parents in Upper Darby, PA ... see general notes on her father, William Schneider.
