The 1900 Federal Census for Pennsylvania, Chester Co., Phoenixville, Ward 5, District 100, page 56A records Mary A. Hagen (Feb 1841) with daughters Catherine (June 1868) and Mary E. (Dec 1872) Hagen living at 233 High Street. Mary indicates she would have been married 35 years and has had 2 children. Catherine is a dressmaker and Mary E. is a weaver in a Silk Mill.
