Good morning - I was able to find a marriage for a Russell Q. Masano and Katherine R. Frank. The bride was only 15 at the time of marriage, and consent for the marriage was provided by Annette Herr. The marriage took place on July 26, 1919, in Lancaster City. If a photocopy is wanted (marriage license reference P-4-8231), it will cost $1.00.
