A law suit filed in Trumbull Co, Ohio in 1893 names Delia's husband as John Delmore. The law suit is filed by Bridget McMahon (Plaintiff) as Administratrix of her husband's estate against her children/spouses/grandchildren for the sale of the property at Niles, in Trumbull Co., Ohio. Her husband, Daniel, left the property to his wife to live in and then to his children but apparently Bridget needed money to live on and found it necessary to sell the home. Delia is noted as deceased but her husband, John, is named as are her children and their ages: Irene (6), Leo (8), and Mary (1). They are currently living, Pittsburgh.
Delia married John W. Delmore. (John W. Delmore was born circa 1862 in Pennsylvania, died on 29 Jan 1953 in Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania and was buried on 31 Jan 1953 in St. Mary's [Catholic] Cemetery, Hanover Township, Luzerne Co., PA.) The cause of his death was Heart Disease.
