The 1900 Federal Census for Broken Bow, Custer Co., Nebraska, District 61, page 46B records Levier Cramer (Nov 1851 - Illinois/Ohio/Ohio) with his wife Lucinda (Nov 1855 - PA/PA/PA) and children John (Sept 1879 - Illinois), Henry (Aug 1882 - Illinois), Saddie (July 1883 - Illinois), Frank (April 1888 - Nebraska), Guss (Sept 1891 - Nebraska), Ella (July 1893 - Nebraska), and Gilbert (May 1897 - Nebraska). Levier and Lucinda have been married for 22 years and have had 9 children all of whom are still living.

The 1910 census does not record a 16 year old Ella with her parents but does records a 16 year old Roy Cramer living with his brother, Frank Cramer (see notes on Frank Cramer for 1910 census facts) ... also ... there is a WWI Draft Card for Roy Cramer, born Aug 14, 1893 in Merna, Nebraska.

Also in the household is Levier's sister Clara Wallen (60 - ILL/PA/PA) who is divorced with never having had children. Levier and Lucinda have been married for 32 years and have had 11 children of which 8 are still living. Levier is a Mason for Brick and Stone while Lucinda is a Washerwoman.

The 1920 Federal Census for Broken Bow, Custer Co., Nebraska, District 78, page 78B records Levier B. Cramer (68 - ILL/PA/PA) living at 1415 8th Avenue. Nearby is his son, Gilbert Cramer (28) boarding at the home of Clara Barcus (48 - NY) at 700 8th Avernue. Levier is listed as married but there is no wife recorded. Gilbert is a truck driver for a garage.
