Virginia Mary Lyons' death certificate records that she died of tuberculosis, meningitis. It is indicated that she was buried Sept 2, 1925 at Oakwood Cemetery (as was her cousin Alvah Charles Hagen, Jr.); however, she was later moved in 1946 and her current resting place is at the Hagen Plot at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, Va.

  Medical Notes:

The cause of death was related to me by Marlena Mooring Saupe in a May 30, 2010 email ... the death certificate indicates tuberculosis and meningitis. The death certificate also records Virginia was first buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Richmond, VA (as was her cousin Charles Alvah Hagen). She was later removed to Hollywood Cemetery on Oct 24, 1946 (her cousin, little Charles Hagen, was never moved).
