The 1870 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA, page 12A, dated July 9, 1870 records George Brubaker (45) with his wife Esther Brubaker (37) and children Anna Brubaker (14), Henrietta Brubaker (11), Adalin Brubaker (9), Asa E Brubaker (6), and Naomi Brubaker (8/12). Also in the household is William Alexander (16).

The 1880 Federal Census for Martic Township, Lancaster Co., PA, District 169, page 397A, dated June 11, 1880 records Geo. Brubaker (55) with his wife Hettie Brubaker (40) and children Annie Brubaker (24), Ellsworth Brubaker (16), and Naoma Brubaker (12). George is a farmer.
