Florence Abigail Sharp
Florence and her husband, Robert Newsom, were killed by their nephew, Frederick Robert "Fritz" Klenner. Florence's body was found lying on the floor in her mother-in-law's living room. She had apparently struggled with her attacker and had been stabbed many times and shot in her chest and her temple. Her diamond engagement ring was stolen, perhaps to make it look like a burglary.
