Barbara D. HYLTON, 69, of Bowling Green, died Friday, October 3, 2008, at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond. Barbara was the daughter of the late Carroll and Ruth Daughtrey. She was a graduate of the College of William and Mary and a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She taught math for a number of years and was the business manager for her husband's dental practice. She was a member of St. Asaph's Episcopal Church, where she served on the Altar Guild, was a member of the choir and former Senior Warden of the Vestry. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Richard D. Hylton; a daughter, Lisa Sinz and her husband, Dave, of Hershey, Pa.; a son, Rick Hylton and his wife, Sarah, of Gloucester; a sister, Jean Myers of Westminster, Md.; two brothers, Tom Daughtrey of Sandston and Lyman Daughtrey of Greenville, N.C.; six grandchildren, Abby Hylton, Ben Hylton, Gibson Hylton, Claire Sinz, Caroline Sinz, and Kate Sinz. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at St. Asaph's Episcopal Church, 130 Main Street, Bowling Green. Burial will follow in Lakewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 6, 2008 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Asaph's Episcopal Church, P.O.
