EMILY MATACIA, November 27, 1915 to October 12, 2011 Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Emily Theresa Beale Matacia, passed away Wednesday, October 12. Preceded in death by her husband, I. Joseph Matacia, she was lovingly surrounded by her three children, Marilyn Benstead, James Matacia and Joan Stewart, several of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and other members of her large family, of which she was very proud. An accomplished china painting artist, gardener and equestrian, "Nana" will be missed by many. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
