Belcher (Dec 1868) and children Robert B. Belcher (Sept 1893) and Myrtle S. Belcher ()ct. 1896).
The 1910 Federal Census for Snow Creek, Franklin Co., Va., ED 46, page 5B, records Jane Belcher (83) living next door to her son Thomas Belcher and family.
According to Ruth Adkins Hill, Janie was known as "Miss Jencie" [February 2008].
