This document states her father to be Samuel Cramer and mother as unknown with their place of birth as unknown. Mattie's cause of death was bronchial pneumonia. She is divorced from Oscar Rickey. The informant is Mr. John B. Savage of Portsmouth, Ohio and Mattie is to be buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth. The certificate indicates that she was born in Scioto Co., Ohio however, she was probably born in Urbana, Champaign Co., Ohio.
