Millicent M. Justice, 86, of Richmond, VA, a former Coal Grove resident, died Wednesday, May 7, 1997, in Richmond.
Born November 1, 1910, in Lawrence County, a daughter of the late Frank Melvin and Nancy Hill Melvin, she was a former school teacher, worked for the Naval General Supply during World War II and was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by her husband, Oscar H. Justice, Dec. 22, 1994, she is survived by a nephew, Robert F. Hill of Richmond; and three nieces, Carol Jean Schneider of Coal Grove, Mary Linda Mathews of Chesapeake, Va., and Nancy Ruth Berry of Spain.
Graveside services will be held 10 a. m. Monday at Woodland Cemetery [Lawrence Co., Ohio], with the Rev. Bill Craft officiating.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Tracy Brammer Funeral Home of Ironton.
