George and Ada have been married 11 years with 5 children all of whom are still living.

Illness is fatal to Mrs. Young
Mrs. Grace DeMott Young died yesterday afternoon in Memorial Hospital. She had been in declining health for several years and had been a patient in the hospital; since last February. Mrs. Young was a native of Chatham, born Sept. 15, 1890, a daughter of the late George and Ada White DeMott. Most of her life was spent in Danville where she lived at 337 Virginia Ave. In 1910, she married William Lee Young.
Mrs. Young was a member of Main Street Methodist Church and was a former member of its Board of Stewards.
She is survived by her husband of Danville; one son, William Lee Young of Richmond; two brothers and three sisters; Richard DeMott of Charlotte Court House, George DeMott of Roanoke, Mrs. G. W. Dyer Sr. of Danville, Mrs. A. B. Williams of Charlotte Court House, and Mrs. Russell Morrison of Arlington; and five grand children.
Funeral services will be held tommorrow morning at 11 o'clock from Wrenn-Yeatts Chapel, and interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
The body will be at the funeral home, where family will receive friends from 7:30 until 9 o'clock tonight.
